Cody plays the office manager "Joanna" for both Season One and Season Two. "Joanna" was the most difficult character to cast for director Dave Christiano and Cody actually got the role the night before her first day of work. She is a main character in the two part episodes entitled, "Shelley" and "Jamie's Brother" from Season One, and has a key role in the first episode of Season Two called "A New Look".
