Terry plays the theater owner "Mr. Wheeler" and appears in selected episodes for Season One and Season Two. Mr. Wheeler has some advice for Gates in episode #5 of Season One entitled, "Jamie's Earrings", and has key scenes in all four parts of the Season One episodes, "An Actor's Big Chance". In Season Two, he is featured in episode #13 called "A Sudden Change". He also played a major supporting role in Dave Christiano's 2008 film, Me & You, Us, Forever.
